Tenchy manufactures flexible silicone cable wrap tubing, also known as silicone spiral wrap, for organizing and protecting fiber optic cables, communication cables and electrical wiring.

Silicone Spiral Wrap Description

Tenchy provides flexible silicone spiral wrap tubing designed to organize, bundle and protect fiber optic cables, communication cables, jumper wires and other electrical wiring. The open spiral structure allows the wrap to be installed around existing cables without disconnecting terminals or connectors.

Made from flexible silicone rubber, the spiral wrap tubing can follow cable bends and irregular routing while helping protect the cable surface from abrasion, scratching and repeated contact. Individual cables can also branch out from any position along the spiral wrap.

The tubing offers good resistance to water, wear, aging and temperature changes. Different inner diameters, outer diameters, spiral pitches, colors and cut lengths can be customized according to the cable size and application requirements.

Tenchy has more than 18 years of experience in silicone extrusion and custom silicone products. We

can develop spiral wrap tubing in different dimensions, colors, hardness levels and packaging lengths

according to customer requirements.

Our team can also help customers select a suitable inner diameter and spiral pitch based on the cable

diameter, number of cables, bending requirements and operating environment. Samples can be

provided for installation and performance evaluation before mass production.

Installation Method

  1. Measure and cut the required length of spiral wrap tubing.
  2. Place one end of the wrap around the cable or cable bundle.
  3. Wind the tubing around the cable in the direction of the spiral.
  4. Continue wrapping evenly until the required section is fully protected.
  5. Individual wires can be pulled out through any spiral opening when a branch connection is required.
  6. Trim the end after installation if necessary.
  7. No special installation tools are normally required.
